Meet the author
Natalie Sol Gallagher wrote her first book in the 4th grade (A Tree of Oranges Grows in the City) when she should have been doing math worksheets. Fortunately, she had one of those rare teachers who encouraged her creativity, which inspired a life-long love of reading. Since then, she's earned undergraduate degrees in English Literature and History from Eastern New Mexico University and a graduate degree in Education from the University of St. Thomas. After a career teaching creative writing, narrative design, and composition at the university level, she spent a decade as a public speaking coach and speech writer before getting back to the business of writing books. Natalie currently lives in Atlanta with her husband and two insolent cats. Time Folds for Us is her debut novel.

What my readers say
A Rich, Delicious Book! I Didn't Want It to End!
Were that I as good a writer as Natalie Sol Gallegher so that I could do this review justice!
“Time Folds for Us” is a magnificent story with rich, full characters and an intriguing time-travel plot that drew me in from the start. While the storyline was fascinating and told in a way that was “believable” given it’s about time travel, what really propelled this book was the range and depth of the emotions as the author reflects the human condition. I laughed so hard that I cried when first introduced to the garderobe! Later, I cried from the pain and grief of the characters experiences, often relating to my own life experiences. I recognized the characters. I identified with the characters. I rooted for the characters. I didn’t want the book to end but was grateful that the author wrapped up the story in the most satisfying of ways.
This book deserves the broadest audience possible. Indeed, if anyone in the publishing industry reads these words, what are you waiting for? Read the book and immediately contact the author and get her under contract! “Time Folds for Us” is that good.

Rhiannon is a resourceful, strong and smart heroine!
"I absolutely love this book, “Time Folds for Us,” by Natalie Sol Gallagher. It is smart, interesting, honest, fun, and alluring. The author's descriptions of the 15th century truly made you feel like you were back in time. From the lack of indoor plumbing to the poor hygiene, the “exotic” cuisine, and the questionable medicine, I know I never could have survived a single day back in medieval England. But the thing that stands out about this incredible novel is the flashbacks to the 21st century, which are emotionally real, beautifully detailed, and peppered with a genuine dialogue that truly anchors the reader in modern times, even while intermittently spending time in an ancient castle. In the tradition of Ken Follett, Ms. Gallagher wrote about a resourceful, strong, and smart heroine in Rhiannon who is a positive role model, and, along with her husband George, could be my friends in any century.”

Fun Time Travel Mixed with Romance
This is a fun read, especially for those who enjoy stories about time travel and all the surprises and drawbacks to being in a place with no modern conveniences. Add in the complexities of a couple facing divorce and you have a novel to hold your interest. I look forward to Natalie’s next novel.

A very enjoyable read!
I really loved this book. The characters felt so real and relatable, and I found myself genuinely invested in their lives and experiences. I especially enjoyed the author’s writing style—the way she describes people and places made everything feel vivid and immediate. I felt completely immersed in the story and the world she created.
A really enjoyable read, and one I’m so glad I picked up!
